Hello Friends, even though many of us have moved on to Christmas decor and posts, I still have several photos of this year's Thanksgiving decor that I want to share. I like to keep a visual diary of my holiday decor here on the blog. That way I can look back next year for some inspiration, and maybe some of you might like to take a peek, too. I've tried to condense a lot of photos so that I can cover the whole Thanksgiving Garden Room into one bigger post.

Fall Centerpiece Basket with Pumpkins
I knew I wanted to try something different on the farm table this early Fall for a centerpiece. I usually have my big wooden vintage ice cream bucket filled with faux florals, and I love it... just wanted something a bit different. When I find something that works well in a space I sometimes get a little lazy and do the minimum. But after my vintage shopping trip a while back I had some new inspiration and ideas to try.

Late Summer Farm Table
Hello Friends...
With the last week of August, I'm sharing a few more pics from the Late Summer Garden Room. Earlier in the month I changed up the ice cream bucket with sunflowers and hydrangeas. During the earlier part of the summer I was using white geraniums and the white sunflowers. As Summer progresses I love to see how the hydrangeas change color, so I added some hydrangeas in darker hues to the mix. There have been times I've tried to find an alternate receptacle for flowers, but honestly, that wooden bucket was made for this spot!

Patriotic Farmtable Garden Bucket with Flags
Hi dear friends, Hope you're doing well and enjoying this first week of July. Hard to believe this is now July. To be honest this summer is sliding by, although I know that things will slow down as we get to mid July. I haven't done much decorating at all for July 4th, but I wanted to share a few pics of the farmtable decor tableau that usually gets a changeup every month out here in the Garden Room.

Garden Room Farm Table in May
This time of year in late Spring, we just don't know what each day's weather will bring. Even the weather forecasters aren't sure. One day it's sunny and 80, the next day it pours rain all day and is in the 60's. I took these pics in April and wanted to get a few more of the Garden Room this last week, but I decided to just go ahead and share them before tulip-time was over.

A Touch of Spring in the Garden Room
With all the frigid weather we've had this last few weeks, I've spent a lot of time wandering through Pinterest seeking a little inspiration for Spring. It was hard to get moving in that direction when it was still in the teens, but once the thermometer hit 50 I knew it was time to get off the sofa, put away a few of those electric blankets, and get busy bringing in some sunshine.

Valentine Botanical Farm Table Vignette
Hi Everyone, I hope you're having a sweet Valentine's Day weekend!
A few weeks ago I was part of a fun blog hop where we each shared our ideas for Winter Botanicals and Gardens. It gave me a real emotional lift to be thinking about Spring during this long and cold stretch of winter. I've had that farmtable vignette out in the Garden Room since the hop, and last week I decided to tweak it a bit and give it a Valentine's Day spin with a few vintage postcards.

Christmas Farm Table Vignette
Hey Friends, I hope you're having a great Thanksgiving weekend and maybe getting a chance to do some Christmas decorating. I wanted to share a few snaps of what I've been up to this last week putting together the Garden Room farm table. It seems like my priority this year was just to make things "different" than last Christmas season.

Antique Rocking Horse and Last Minute Fall
Today is the end of October, and tomorrow is my unofficial start for Thanksgiving. Do you ever get to the end of October and then wrestle with the idea of just ignoring moving past Thanksgiving and starting on Christmas? I imagine many of you do, (think about it and bring on out the Christmas tree) But I've always just loved Thanksgiving so I don't linger on that thought long. I try to make it a little easier by considering Thanksgiving a transition from "Fall" to "Christmas".

Garden Bouquets and Transferware
I've been inspired by all the beautiful garden bouquets out here in Blogville. I wasn't able to get a lot of flower containers planted this year, but I do have several pots filled with the small mixed zinnias and trailing variegated petunias. I also have a large hydrangea out front that has given me quite a few pretty ever-changing blooms.

Midsummer Farmtable
Hi Friends, do your floral arrangements reflect the seasons and holidays?
To me, keeping faux flowers seasonal makes them seem a little more realistic.

Farmtable Vintage Bucket with Tulips
Do you have a spot that causes you to be continually thinking about the next fun change-up? The farm table in the Garden Room is one of those spots for me. After all the Easter bunnies and forsythia were put away, I wanted to use this big bundle of white faux tulips before (real tulips) were a thing of the past. Spring flowers and shrubs just don't last long enough!

Farmtable Bunny Basket Centerpiece
Today I wanted to share a Bunny Basket I put together a few years ago, that this year is on the farm table in the Garden Room. Since there hasn't been any shopping for a while, I'm celebrating Spring and Easter with a few old friends.

Welcoming Spring With an Antique Crockery Pitcher
Hi Friends, I'm excited today to be joining in with a group that will be starting a new bimonthly Themed Hop. Thank you Cindy from County Road 407, for creating this fun gathering for all of us that are lovers of farmhouse and vintage decor. If you came from visiting CoCo at The Crowned Goat, welcome, I'm so glad that you came by. This month we're sharing our ideas for using crockery in our decor and vignettes.

Christmas in the Garden Room part 1
I've had a reindeer "thing" going on this year. It actually started a couple of years ago, after seeing some mossy/twiggy type reindeer. I started looking but got waylaid by the house renovation and move. Then, when I started thinking about Christmas decor this year I got busy scouring around for one (or 2)

Farmhouse Table Vignette for Thanksgiving
Hey Friends, I hope you're having a wonderful late Fall weekend. It's been a gorgeous last few days with lots of sun, but the leaves are quickly falling and the lovely Autumn colors will soon be gone. I have a few more quick posts to share with you before Thanksgiving. They are mostly just a few areas that I've put together with quick and easy vignettes with some of my fine feathered turkey friends.

Fall Vignette on the Farmtable
I wanted to have a little fun this week with one of my vintage birdcages and a sassy little blackbird that I've had for a few years. He didn't fare very well during the move, as his cute little paper hat became unattached. I did the easy thing and used some transparent tape to get it back on. Don't look too close. He's almost good as new.

Garden Room with Sunflowers and Ticking
Hello Friends! I've had a few posts where I've added some Sunflowers to the decor, so I thought I'd share the latest in The Garden Room on the church pew, and a few more pics of the Farm table with Sunflowers in the Ice Cream Bucket.

Late Summer Seed Box
August will be here before we know it, and with August my decor palette changes with the season. I start thinking about the beginning of Fall and all the subtle color that comes with it, but for now I'm still in Summer Mode. Today I'm sharing a staple of my vintage Summer decor.
