Easter Decor Day on White Wednesday

All the white Easter Decor is showing off today.

I found this wonderful vintage-look bunny plaque
at one of my favorite stores,

And here is one of my flock
from the Dining Room.

This old print in the original frame is called
"Rabbit's Snowy Day".

Oh My Gosh, look at their tails!

The gang's all here!

And my "Holiday Cupboard" that gets dressed
in whatever holiday that is at hand.

This month it's filled with white Easter decor.

Love my little Velveteen Rabbit.
He looks a little shy.

These poor babies have had all their ears
broken off, one time or another.

And more woolly, happy sheep.

Today, I'm linking up with my must-do party,
White Wednesday
with the wonderful Kathleen from Faded Charm.

And today is Easter Decor Day

And if you haven't entered my
Royal Treatment Giveaway

Hope everyone's weather is sunshine,
Have a wonderful Easter Week!

The Royal Treatment Give Away

You may be thinking,

"Didn't she just have a give-away?"

Well, yes, I did.

But I'm going to start doing smaller ones frequently
so I can share some wonderful finds and talent.

Last year I fell in love with these
oh so sweet, handmade,
one-of-a-kind
crowns,
and I wanted to share one with you.
Just 'cause I love you all so much!

I thought you might enjoy having
The Royal Treatment.

With one of my favorite crowns,
adorned with vintage bling,
 pearls, and some glitz.

Here I have it on a candle holder as a candle cloche.
I've used mine in so many vignettes for every season.

The give away includes Italian note cards,

and my favorite Gardenia goat's milk soap

This is my sweet friend Kenda,
the gal behind the crowns

And these are from her lovely space
The French Rose
at Leola's in Ozark.

Kenda creates her crowns
in pink, blue, gold and silver,
each with her signature
 vintage jewelry bling.

So if you are ever in Southwest Missouri
be sure to stop by and say Hello.

I'm so excited to share this
Give Away with all of you!
So leave a comment on this post,

Blog World's Longest Running Give Away

Do I have your attention?

OK, well it might not be the world's longest, but I can tell you it will be one of the best!!   My  BBBFF, (best bloggy bud friend forevah)

Anne from  Fiona and Twig

is having an awesome giveaway. Am I the only person that loves the word "Awesome"?

OK, it's a FABULOUS Give Away
that's been in the works for awhile!

Anne is hobnobing with all the beautiful people at Warrenton this week and I'm stuck in the Midwest with the "I can't help it's". That's my term for whining and fussing because I'm not down there, too. She's been a fabulous friend because she gets me on the phone and then shoves it in someone's face and says "here's my poor friend, she's sad cause she's not here, so tell her Hi". So far it's worked great because I've gotten to talk to Sweet T, the Trash Diva, TOT, and Thee Mindy and her sidekick. I almost got to talk to RNC but I was in the bathroom and couldn't make it to the phone. waaah, waaah.

Now, If you've not signed up, all you have to do is go over to Anne's blog and join as a follower. That's it.

And if you don't know Anne,

(OK, I couldn't resist, this was when she was 3)

then you're missing out on one of the funniest, sweetest, prettiest, and most talented people out here in the Blogosphere!

Anne is collecting an array of vintage surprises on her trip, so along with French ephemera, linens, and anything and everything that she may accumulate, I can tell you it will be one AWESOME Giveaway!

She'll be home in a couple of days so surprise her, and then the rest of the blog world can sign on.

Now, a shameless plug for me...
Come back tomorrow
because I'm starting a give away
that will jewel and bedazzle you.
I've been excited to get it started, so...
see ya tomorrow!

love,
Debra

Vintage Easter Hop

Joan at Anything Goes Here is having a Party.

A Vintage Easter Blog Hop
to celebrate all the great vintage Easter goods.

I don't have many really vintage Easter things,
but I can't wait to see everyone else's!

This is a vintage Spring wheelbarrow
that I've had several years
that always comes out at Easter.

My helpers are here in the sunroom
enjoying the faux carrots.

A vintage "Sees" candy container,

And a vintage Strawberry flat
with a very old pair of bunnies.

This old pottery rabbit planter

Old chalk nativity lambs

And because Easter is also known as
 "Resurrection Sunday"...

This is a print on a mirror under glass
of the Last Supper.

And an old crucifix that hangs
on a mirror in the Entry Hall.

Please visit with Joan and all the "hoppers"

Blessings to you and yours on this Palm Sunday.
May we all remember the real meaning of Easter.
Rebirth and renewal of our own hearts
through our Lord's great sacrifice for us.

love,
Debra

Show and Tell Friday: Lambs

This is my first time to be a part of
Show and Tell Friday.
Cindy at My Romantic Home is our gracious hostess.

With Easter almost here, I thought I would share
a few of my lamb prints and paintings.
I've been collecting for the last seven years.

Some are old, some are new
but all are well loved , and part of my collection.

I think this would have to be my favorite,
love the sweet message of it.

These can be found all around the house,
so I've brought a few of them
to where the lighting is better.

This painting is in the Living Room,
an Anniversary gift from my husband
a few years ago.

Part of a set of pastoral prints
that were a Christmas gift.

Another very old oval print in
it's original metal frame.

A print of one of William Bouguereau's
famous Madonna and child paintings.

Vintage Western Landscape

This is a Christmas postcard
from the early 1900's.

This is probably the oldest print that I have of sheep.
Love the Country French scene.
(please excuse the glare.)

Another favorite

I also collect vintage Religious images.
This is one of my favorites, with lambs.

Thank you Cindy, at My Romantic Home.

I also am linking up last minute with Laurie,
from Bargain Hunting and Chatting with Laurie,

If you're new to my blog,
I'd love to have you leave a comment
so I can come back and say Hello.

I also have an open Bible Study blog,
please come by for a visit.

Hope you're having a wonderful week before
Easter!

hugs and blessings,
Debra
