We Gather Together Blog Hop

Hi Friends, Welcome to We Gather Together Blog Hop hosted by our friend Amber from Follow the Yellow Brick Home. Amber and I both really love Thanksgiving and I'm so excited to be able to join in with all these other talented ladies to share our ideas and decor in this wonderful Holiday time.

If you're coming from Marty's at A Stroll Thru Life, so glad you're here and hope you'll come back to visit again. I thought I'd just put together a late Fall/Thanksgiving Home Tour, which is a grouping of pics from posts this November.

We can start in the Entry where I have out my "oatmeal" tree with Fall leaves and Hydrangeas in an iron urn, a painted leaf Fall wreath I made a few years ago, and my smaller vintage print, "The Angelus", a painting by Jean Francois Millet. I've used this same vintage print for years for Thanksgiving in all of my past Entry areas.

I don't change up the Living Room with seasonal decor much,
so here are a few pics from earlier in the year.

Here in the Formal Dining Room I'm still using my earlier Fall decor
with the gorgeous Heirloom Needlepoint Pumpkins.

My white ironstone tureen and platter are a staple here on the buffet.

Casual Dining in the Garden Room,
where there's an ever changing seasonal vignette on the farmtable.

Pie Safe Cupboard (aka the Holiday Cupboard) in the Garden Room
filled with Ironstone, Brown Transferware, and Vintage Turkeys.

This time of year I'm using my Brown Plaid Pendleton and Scottish blankets
on my white wicker pieces in the Garden Room with my hooked wool pillows.

The Garden Room is a large sunroom off the Kitchen and Hearth room
where the Casual Dining space and Wicker Sitting Area are located.
It's filled with vintage pieces and collectibles.
Behind the fireplace there is just enough room for the old church pew
and Goat Cart for filled for Fall.

Thanks so much for coming by.
If you're new here I hope you come back again and stay in touch
thru email notifications or on Instagram.

We hope you'll continue on with the Hop and say Hello to the rest of the group. Next stop is Christie from Our Southern Home, where she shares a Thanksgiving Charcuterie Spread. You'll find the links and pics at the bottom of the post, so you can click on each blogger's post.

Happy Thanksgiving Friends,
 now I'm thinking about Christmas!

  1. Absolutely fabulous! I can't get enough! I will be visiting again and lingering around each and every vignette. Thanks for joining the hop. Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. As always you've nailed it lady - gah - I love it all! I'm totally bananas for your brown and white transferware and of course all that gorgeous plaid too. Your entry space is definitely a favorite and I love how you decorated your tree. Hugs and hope you have the best Thanksgiving, CoCo

  3. Your home looks gorgeous decorated for Thanksgiving! I slowly scrolled through your post, admiring every thoughtful detail of your decor.

  4. Your home is so cozy and so pretty for the holidays Debra. I love your entry way and the vignette you did. That is so pretty. Wishing you a great Thanksgiving. Then it will be the downhill slide into Christmas. Have a great day.

  5. Debra you enchant me with your attention to detail. All of the vintage goodness delights my heart. The cupboards are just joyous!

  6. I love your cupboard decked out for fall. Your garden room has pretty treasures as well. Love your plaid picnic baskets at the end.

  7. Debra, I'm always enchanted by your lovely displays. Your cloched pumpkin is perfection! Blessings, Cecilia @My Thrift Store Addiction

  8. Debra your rooms are always full of tons of inspiration. I love how you create such beautiful vignettes in every space. So many wonderful touches, it is hard to pick a favorite, but I loved the farmhouse table vignette. The pumpkin with the quail on top. So cute.

  9. Debra, you home decor is absolutely stunning! I particularly enjoy all the vignettes you have creating using your collection of vintage items. Especially love those needlepoint pumpkins --- my diy sweater pumpkins pale in comparison! After five years of fruitless searching for vintage turkey platters, planters, and salt/pepper shakers locally, I'm thinking I may have to resort to eBay and Etsy. Have a happy holiday!

  10. Perfectly fall! I love that fall tree. Everything looks so cozy. Beautiful tour. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

  11. Thanks for the lovely tour, Debra! I love your Garden Room; hoping my next house has a wonderful room like that to decorate and live in! Always love to see your amazing collection of wonderful vintage; we are kindred spirits that way! Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

  12. THANK YOU FOR DOING THANKSGIVING decor!!! I hate to think that we just move on to
decorate Christmas and pass up the GIVING THANKS FOR ALL Our blessings!!!
(Sorry its hit a nerve this year with all the early Christmas decor posts! I am trying
    to get thru it. lol)
LOVE your house and esp that 'oatmeal' tree and that sweet young ladies head w the ribbon choker cross! Thanks to everyone that showcased their bee-utiful Thanksgiving decor. STUNNING!!!

  13. Your home is so beautifully decorated for fall and Thanksgiving! I am always so drawn to your lovely vignettes. You have so many pretty details that stand out so perfectly against all the white and light colored backgrounds. Gorgeous! Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving!

  14. Such lovely fall/Thanksgiving decor, Debra! You and Amber have much in common with those turkeys. ;-) And I love your vintage picnic baskets, too! Happy Thanksgiving, sweet friend!

  15. Debra,
Your home is such a joy! I just love your style. The colors of fall look so pretty with the white slipcovers. I LOVE that little pumpkin in the cloche.

  16. Hi Debra,

You have such a beautiful and welcoming home! I am getting all the warm and cozy vibes from all the gorgeous photos of your home. I am loving the bright colors and lovely vignettes through out. You did a beautiful job decorating your lovely home. The photos are enchanting.

  17. Debra,
Thank you for inviting me into your lovely home for a Thanksgiving Tour!
Your brownstone and vintage Turkey collection is my favorite!
I, too, use my brown Pendleton Plaid blanket this time of year.
    Blessings upon you!

  18. It all looks beautiful my friend, and you know I love the needlepoint pumpkins. The vignette is wonderful with the big turkey! It is so much fun to hop with you Pinned, and Hugs!

  19. Oooh, I love both your dining rooms, Debra! The Heirloom Needlepoint Pumpkins are amazing, and I love the centerpiece on your casual dining room. Everything looks so lovely and ready for Thanksgiving!

  20. Debra,
You have such a real talent for creating beautiful arrangements throughout your home. Your entry is always one of my favorite spots to see what you have done, and I always get ideas for my own home. Take care and enjoy the Thanksgiving season with your family. Thank you for leaving such a nice comment on my blog post.

    Happy Thanksgiving,

  21. Debra, your home is always beautiful! It looks so pretty decorated for Thanksgiving! I hope you feel better soon! Take care!

  22. Everywhere you turn in your home it is a feast for the eyes! I have to ask, why do you call that an "oatmeal tree"? the centerpiece on your garden room table is especially grand and those needlepoint pumpkins are treasures!!

    1. Hi Chloe, thankyou so much, the little tree looks like oatmeal, (same color, varigated creams and light brown) haha.

  23. Debra, your home has come together in such a unified style. Your entry is the perfect bookend to give everyone a heads up of what's in store within your decor. The garden room/casual dining area reminds me of my previous sunroom, where the fun never stops with the seasonal decor. I love the grand majesty of the turkey and quail by the arrangement of tree branches, leaves on the garden table.
Here's hoping the best for you to be able to fully enjoy this wonderful late fall season in your beautiful home, with recent health matters resolved. Sending you prayers for healing comfort.

  24. Debra, so many pretty vignettes throughout your home. Love the paintings and the needlepoint pumpkins. From your lovely entry to the cozy setting on the back porch, it's all so warm and inviting. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

  25. Your oatmeal tree as you call it is so pretty Debra. Love that! Of course your whole home is perfectly decorated for the holidays as always. Wishing you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving!

  26. Debra, I always love your home décor. I think fall is one of my favorites! You have gorgeous dishes and I adore the needlepoint pumpkin!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

  27. There are so many things I love here - the plaids, the beautiful centerpiece on the garden room table and the wagon are just of the them.

You have such a beautiful style.

  28. Thank you Debra for co-hosting your 16th All About Home. Happy Thanksgiving.
