White Wednesday, Step Inside the Seed Box Open House

Welcome back!
I hope you're ready for more of the photos from

It's so mean to have made you all wait for these. It's like being given two bites of a delicious dessert and then the waiter grabs it away from you and says, "Sorry, you have to wait until next week for the rest". Mean, mean, mean. I think we went around in circles at least three times, and we still didn't "see" it all. Meloney is just an amazing decorator! Look close for some great ideas for display. Find the "Part One" here.

The lighting was low and it was in the evening, so I apologize for the quality of some of the photos. I had to use a flash on most of the pictures, but this one of a tree in the entry I liked without the flash. The silhouettes against the lights and white tree were just beautiful.

This pottery is just amazing!

This is one of my favorite ideas.
Urns with branches and Christmas bulbs.

Another cupboard with more white pottery

Chalkboard wall in a bedroom

Ceiling in the bathroom papered with old book pages,
 and the gorgeous tin "molding".

Kenda, her daughter Olivia,
and Carolyn were my " buds"  for the evening!

Please go see all the other "White Wednesday"
at Faded Charm and say "Hi" to Kathleen!

Hope you all are having fun
with all the Christmas decorating...

Most everything is in place and
I'm about ready to get to "clean up" mode.
Blessings to all...HO HO HO!!

A personal story...

I just posted on the Bible Study blog my personal story of healing. This is my personal, amazing account of God's love. If you haven't come by the Bible Study blog that is listed on my side-bar, please do. I think you will find it an easy read. It's "not your grandmother's" Bible Study. It's fresh and relevant, and we discuss and interact with each other. Please come by and join the group!

As we dive in to the Christmas Season, with decorating and family and parties, let's not forget who this is all about. We celebrate Jesus and His birth. Get to know Him on a more personal level. If you love "Christmas", but do not know Jesus, I'm inviting you to come by and meet Him, then get to know His love for you as His Child.

Blessings,
Debra

Vintage Christmas Monday

Hi everyone!! I survived Thanksgiving, and we had a wonderful time.  I am now up to my eyeballs in Christmas boxes, ornaments, flower arrangements and twinkle lights!

is having a wonderful party these next few Mondays until Christmas. We are celebrating our decorating for Christmas with vintage Christmas decor. Be sure and go by. There are lots of people signed up. It's not too late!

I wanted to share this little vintage Santa hanger
 with NOEL ribbons and bells.
It's hanging off my picket fence gate in the sunroom.
He is such a happy little fella!

These next few photos are from Spring Creek
Antiques and Tea Room in Ozark, Missouri.

Vintage Santa vignette

A pair of sweet angels to light up anyone's front porch decor.

And an old Santa in a vintage sleigh!

These next two photos were taken at Leola's in Ozark,
at last year's Christmas Open House.
Love all these vintage Santas and elves.

What a great way to display vintage figurines...
 in old white pottery

I should have my decorating finished by next Monday.
Hope you didn't mind seeing some
fun things from the local shops.

Have a great Monday!
And may all your Christmas decorating be Jolly!
