Patriotic Best DIY and Decor Round Up

Hey Friends, May has arrived and before we know it Summer will be here. (We've been close to 90 the last few days, so it certainly feels like it!) Then it's just a few weeks slide until we'll be bringing out the red/white/blue decor for Memorial Day and July 4th. You know how much I love to decorate seasonally and for holidays, but sometimes I wait till the last minute and try to throw some decor together. Better to get some inspiration and fun ideas for seasonal decor a few weeks ahead of time. Then we can make a great plan for what we might want to create and how to decorate.

Today I'm joining in with some great gals to share a few of our ideas for Holiday Patriotic DIYs and Decor with a vintage vibe. Our friend Rachel from The Ponds Farmhouse has put together a fun blogging Roundup so that we can get those creative ideas flowing. Here we go... just click on the link with the posts below and get ready for some great inspiration!

Rachel from The Ponds Farmhouse always amazes me with her creative ideas and fun sewing projects for holiday decor. I'm a ticking fan from way back and you'll love these adorable farmhouse napkins and wonderful ideas for setting a Patriotic July 4th table.

Jen from Cottage on Bunker Hill found an old shutter and magically transformed
it into a wonderful coastal inspired flag with chalk paint and lots of imagination
for a great front porch display.

Need some front porch ideas for summer? July 4th?
You'll love this amazing door all decked out for the 4th
 in patriotic flags and garlands.
The red door just screams Patriotic fun so check out
Janine from Happy Happy Nester

Whether you're a baseball aficionado or not you'll love this unique and fun
tablescape with a baseball theme... and so totally "Summer"!
from Shelley at Calypso in the Country

Lace and ribbon and full of romantic vibes; I fell in love with this beautiful pillow.
Cindy at DIY Beautify created the most gorgeous feminine pillow...
I'd be tempted to try and wear it. It's that pretty!

Another gorgeous wreath for patriotic door decor!
This is one of the most unique holiday wreaths I've seen.
A  galvanized wreath ring is the base for this
from Jen at Tatertots and Jello
and don't you just love that gorgeous robin's egg blue paint color on the door?

CoCo from The Crowned Goat... This girl is full of amazing ways
to celebrate the Summer holidays. She shares some wonderful ideas to
celebrate and commemorate as a family group.
I loved her idea of a patriotic breakfast bar and her lovely front porch decor.

And see how I've used flags in patriotic decor throughout the years...
from dining room centerpieces to an antique dress form display.

Thanks so much for coming by to visit and I hope you've found
some ideas and inspiration for your patriotic decor this summer.
Thanks again to Rachel for putting this all together!
