Countdown to Christmas at All About Home #175

Hello Friends and Welcome to the
All About Home Link Party!

Good News everyone, our precious little granddaughter made it into the world at Midnight Friday/Saturday. Mom and Baby are doing well. We were able to see her Saturday evening at the hospital and we have all totally fallen in love. Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes for her arrival. All Thanks and Glory goes to God; she's a beautiful little miracle!

Last week I had lunch with my mom and sister for mom's 90'th birthday. We had so much fun and it was close to before Covid, where we went out together once a month for lunch and shopping.

Thankyou all so much for taking the time to come by out of your busy holiday schedules and link up all your fun holiday ideas, recipes and DIYs. Amber and I are so thankful and grateful for each and every one of you!!! We want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!!

Amber and I are excited to be hosting this weekly party
 that celebrates All Things Home.
We love to see what you're up to on Your blogs,
so please join in and share your inspiration.

This Christmas season we've seen a lot of Gingerbread themed vignettes and DIY's around blogland. I think Gingerbread Houses are adorable and wanted to create some little kind of small gingerbread replica for display. Small houses and cottages of all kinds have mesmerized me for ages. I made these little houses with supplies from Michaels last week.

Last week I also put together a Tartan and Transferware Tablescape out on the farm table in the Garden Room. I wanted to use elements that I already had, so it was pretty quick and easy to gather up plaid pieces for a casual woodsy, rustic tablescape.

Be sure you get by to read Amber's beautiful post

*Come back by on Wednesday as Amber and I join with a few friends and share a few more ideas for Christmas.

Here are some of the great links from last week. You all have had amazing Christmas craft DIYs, tablescapes, recipes, and room decor. I wish I could hightlight each one of you!

from Lora Bloomquist Create and Ponder

Geneva from My Heart's Song

from Michelle at Thistle Key Lane

And a 2-Fer from Michelle with her adorable Upcycled Ginger Bread Village

Thanks so much, gals!!
