Vintage Inspiration Friday #12 Jewelry Inspired By the Past

Hi Everyone, it's
Vintage Inspiration Friday!

I've always been inspired by antique and vintage jewelry.
I love the unique materials and craftmanship...
one of a kind vintage beauty.

I have several old heirloom family pieces of jewelry that I wear frequently.
But when I discovered that I could put together pieces that were old
with newer and vintage elements...
I found my heart's desire.

I've been adding several items to my Etsy Shop for Christmas giving.
And I've re-done a few of the pendants and added chains to them;
new prices and photos to share.

Rosary beads and chains married for an elegant and vintage look.

Strands of pearls and vintage chains...

crowns and crosses

puffy heart lockets with my signature keys

I also have new medals that can be added to the vintage key pendants...

St. Jude
St. Rita
St. Ann
St. Agatha
St. Raphael
Our Lady of Lourdes
Miraculous Medal
St. Francis of Assisi
Holy Ghost Medal
St. Joan of Arc
and St. Christopher Medals

Just email me or convo me at Etsy for something just for you,
and we'll design something special.

Thank you, to each one of you who has let one of my designs
find it's way into your heart.

Hope you'll join in for
Vintage Inspiration Friday

Debra

White Wednesday at the Seed Box Open House

You know how when you receive a box
 of mouth watering chocolates,
that you don't know where to start,
or which one to enjoy first?

Well, I went to
 The Seed Box
Christmas Open House
last Saturday and let me tell you,
It's like a box of Godiva Chocolates.

So I'll have to spread the sweetness out over a little while...
so we don't go into overload!!

This is Brian and Meloney Russell's house in Chadwick, Missouri.
...Yes, it's where they live.

If you don't know Meloney and Brian then come for a visit
at their blog,

Some of you have had questions...
I write the posts and publish the blog for Mel and Brian...

A lot of the photos Meloney takes and sends to me,
and some like these, I have taken at their Open Houses.

They read the comments,
and answer the emails.
I just post the blog for them.

Those of you who attend the Texas Shows know them.
They set up usually at Cole's during Antique Week.

Remember that you can click twice on the image for a close up view.
Each vignette and arrangement is a work of art.

I have more posts about my visit,
and I'll be sharing other photos on The Seed Box blog.

So for now, please run by and say Hello,
then be sure and visit with Kathleen and all the other "Whities"

stay tuned for more Seed Box goodies..

Love,
Debra

Christmas at Leola's

Last weekend
in Ozark, Missouri
held their always wonderful Christmas Open House.

Enjoy!
(remember to click twice on the photo to "biggify")

Today is Silver Sunday over at
so here are a few vignettes from the Open House
that featured vintage silver.

I just scratched the surface with these photos.
There were so many people there I could hardly get my camera up for the shot!
I was there yesterday and they are bringing in more fun merchandise
so there is still plenty to see and buy.

Hope you're having a wonderful weekend,

love,
Debra
