Be Inspired # 144: Personal Touches

Hello Everyone, and welcome to
Be Inspired!
So glad you're here;
the place to share what's been inspiring you this week!

Doreen from Hymns and Verses took us on a wonderful house tour. Her home is filled with great antiques and amazing  DIY projects, but it's the personal touches that make her home stand out. Doreen is an artist and seamstress, and she knows how to bring it all together to create some beautiful vignettes and charming spaces.

If you haven't seen her post, you'll want to visit her blog,
these pics are just a few of her great decor ideas.
Thanks Doreen!

Sherry from No Minimalist Here shared her version of this pricey antique pottery milk pail by using Waterslide Decals. She has a wonderful collection of white pottery that you'll want to see.

Vickie from Ranger 911 put together this "Trashformation" and out came an adorable  Lemonade Stand for her grandson. She's a genius in my book, and will entertain you while you are amazed at her imagination and creativity!

And speaking of creative genius, here's another winner from Debbie at Confessions of a Plate Addict. Her DIY French Grain Sack Rug totally rocks the French-y factor!

Love this Backyard Playhouse from Melissa at Daisy Mae Belle.
She has some lucky girls!

Sally at Salmagundi created her own DIY Seed Box with personal family mementos. She did a great job and it looks authentic, for sure!

Pattie from Olla-Podrida shared this recipe from "The Waffle Lady"
 of old fashioned Molasses Cookies...yum

And Jody from Rooted in Thyme showed us how to
Put a Little Zest in Your Life
with homemade Lemon and Lime Cooking Salts.

Thanks so much ladies for sharing your inspiration!

Judy from 20 North Ora is my featured sponsor today. She's created some really fun patriotic buntings and pillows that you'll want to check out for your summer 4th of July gatherings coming up.

 thanks Judy!
