All About Home #157: Late Summer Blooms and Projects

Hello friends and Welcome to the
All About Home Link Party!

As August hits the middle of the month we're starting to see a few posts on inspiration for Fall. I used to not be fond of the month of August, but I had an epiphany a few years ago... "Hey, next month is September, so instead of complaining, start thinking about ideas and transitioning to Fall!" Thankyou all so much for coming by each week to share what you've been up to. I love seeing all your great ideas and beautiful inspiration throughout the seasons.

Amber and I are excited to be hosting this weekly party
 that celebrates All Things Home.
We love to see what you're up to on Your blogs,
so please join in and share your inspiration.

The Sunflowers have been coming out and a few darker earthier colors and fabrics have been showing up around here. Late Summer the chickens and roosters start congregating, and right now they are scratching around on the Cookbook Cupboard.

Last week I joined a group where we shared how we use Farm Animals in our vintage decor. That was a fun Hop and if you didn't catch it last Saturday be sure and check out the fun!

Amber is sharing a wonderfully "peachy" summer post.

This week has some gorgeous late summer blooms with transitioning to Fall and some wonderful cleaning tips.

Cecilia at My Thrift Store Addiction has a great product
for spiffing up the copper pieces.

Wendy from WM Design House gives tips and steps on creating your own
beautiful flower arrangements.
(LOVE those roses and hydrangeas in that old watering can!)

from Christene Holder Home

Tanya at My Vintage Cottage walks us through restoring a pullout wooden
cutting/bread board that now looks amazing!

And just to get you in the mood for Fall
how about some Pumpkin Sugar Cookies,
 from Ann's Entitled Life.

Thanks Everyone!!
