Entry Dressed for Valentine's Day

I'm so glad it's February! January felt long and cold and boring. To me, January feels like trudging through mud, creatively speaking. I'm ready for some hearts and flowers, chocolate, and little cupids flying around. So...I'm glad it's time that we can do a little fun decorating for Valentine's Day.

There are a few things I enjoy having on the Entry Hall console
that are bright and fun and a little romantic.
Don't want Hubbs to forget...

One thing I like to do for each Holiday or Season
is to use a little ribbon tied strategically,
to dress ordinary things up a bit.

And then I have a few vintage Valentine's Day
 pieces that are my Favorites.
Like my little Lefton Valentine's Day covered candy dish
and humongous, candy box.
It has water drop discoloration.
Someone else thought it would be better suited for the trash,
but not me.
I prefer to think two sweethearts just got caught in a little rainy weather.

I always love using the silk floral heart shaped wreath.
I think I bought it at Michael's years ago.
It's held up pretty well,
despite the shuffling around in tubs this last year

Have you had a chance to enter the Pillow Give Away
with Elliott-Heath Designs?

I promise,
you don't have to jump through hoops.
for the details.

Hope you're starting a great week.
I guess I'm the only one that didn't watch the Super Bowl.
Hopefully, YouTube has the Half Time fun.
