Magazine Inspiration

I always love joining in for the Copy Cat Challenge
at Debbiedoos and since I've been all about getting my plants and yard in shape I was looking for something simple that focused on flowers.

I found this article in a Flea Market Gardens magazine
that showed some everyday items repurposed as flower containers.
OK, that's easy, so here goes...

My Knockout Rose bush has gone bananas this year. I usually have it cut back a bit in the early Spring, because it's planted in a smallish area where my bird bath resides. This year it warmed up so quick I didn't get a chance to prune because of small buds already appearing in March.

I grabbed a vintage salt shaker and used it to hold
a few flowers that I cut over the weekend for a bouquet.

Love that early morning light coming into the sunporch.

I had fun playing in Picasa with these photos after I read this great post by Jeanne from Bees Knees Bungalow, where she shared these adorable edited photos of her darling daughter.

Hope you'll head over to Debbie's to check out all the fun
Copy Cat Inspiration

And be sure and come back tomorrow
to join in for Vintage Inspiration, where we link up
"anything vintage or vintage inspired".

Have a great Wednesday!
xoxo,
