I have had migraines for years but they worsened as a result of my spinal stenosis also getting worse. I had a fusion of the C5/6 & 6/7 June a year ago. Although my range of motion is somewhat limited, I am migraine free. The surgery was a huge success and the recovery nothing to worry about. So should the injections not do what you hope they will, surgery may not be a bad option. I do hope you get some relief though. Chronic pain is not our friend.Elizabeth "Libby" Dayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17145264016754286426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448019025261796302.post-65289717309375228582017-07-29T10:34:46.147-05:002017-07-29T10:34:46.147-05:00I know you have AI problems, Michele. thanks for s...I know you have AI problems, Michele. thanks for sharing that here. Gluten hadn't even been on my radar screen, but I'm sure I started having problems several years ago and they were confused with my heart problems. I DO miss good bread when we go to our Italian place. But it makes sense that what we eat could be causing problems. Interesting about the antacids helping out. xoDebra@CommonGroundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04830455848744270459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448019025261796302.post-87487606807522747932017-07-28T23:31:19.481-05:002017-07-28T23:31:19.481-05:00Debra, I love the photo of you, your girls, and mo...Debra, I love the photo of you, your girls, and mom! Really a cute bunch. I'm sorry that you aren't able to get outside much. I would go crazy. It is my happy place. Life threw me a curve ball last week and getting out into the garden takes my mind off of it. Won't know alot until next Tues. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

I suffer from AI problems - and the arthritis from it is devastating - I am absolutely convinced glutens cause flare ups. Other things that do for me for sure: shell fish, eggplant, tomatoes, potatoes and red wine. Yes, the perfect foods for my tastes - starting with warm bread.....ugh......but if I do partake I take a couple ant-acids that have helped curb the arthritic flare ups.

Just thought I'd share in case it helps you or any of your readers. (not good positive affirmation) I found some organic hair dye from England so I'm going to try that first. My mom has always kept her hair dark, so it's a hard thing to get used to. Yes, I saw the Rheumatologist, I edited my post to say a little more about it. Sorry you've had to have those injections, I'm hesitating on reading patient reviews, eeeck. It would be easier if I could take NSAIDS, but I really have to limit them. I know, let's buy wigs and try them out. We might love it! xoxoDebra@CommonGroundhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04830455848744270459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6448019025261796302.post-42077926708500447132017-07-26T21:15:17.317-05:002017-07-26T21:15:17.317-05:00Love the sandals also! You are so adorably chic! Your mom looks great too, and her non-smile reminds me of my mom. :) Your daughters are gorgeous - they get it honest.
So great you got to see the neuro (and rheumatologist? couldn't tell if you were able to keep that one, but sounded like it with knowing the RA factor)! I have had those cervical spine injections under fluoroscopy. I hope they work for you. Crazy about the gluten in dye and shampoo! Are you going to go natural? You go first, hehe. My skin is like yours - I'm full of freckles, and now they're morphing into age spots.
That's a neat sampler, and I love using old religious relics to decorate with too. Something comforting about them.
Keep us posted. I was wondering about you.
XORita C at Panoplyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17351306074493103021noreply@blogger.com
