Cottage Teapot Love

A few weeks ago I shared my vintage
 English Cottage Prints.
Well, my love of "cottage" doesn't stop there.
I have a little collection of Cottage teapots,
 sugars and creamers,
candle holders and cookie jars,
that I've been collecting for about 20 years.

Some are vintage and some are newer.
Most of them are on my baker's rack in my
Cottage Garden sunroom.

The vintage ones are all made
in Japan before World War II.
The newer ones are imports,
but I just love their look.

I'm linking with
"Show and Tell Friday"

And "My Favorite Things" with

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

Love,
Debra

  3. Hi Debra:
I love your cottage ware (first photo). I have an entire set that was a gift from my mum. It's all just so "friendly" looking. Thanks for sharing all of your pieces. They're really wonderful!

  4. Debra, your collection is charming. I stopped by Good Will today to see what I might find, and came home with a little cottage teapot. There were lots of pieces on the shelves. I think they were canisters and perhaps a sugar and creamer. I was looking specifically for teapots for a table I'm planning. If you want me to go back tomorrow to check on any of these for you send me an email. Would be happy to do it. :-)
